      "My depth is UKG Pro WFM specifically — timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, accruals, and the APIs underneath them. But almost nothing worth building stops at the WFM boundary. The build usually has to reach a POS, an ERP, a payroll clearinghouse, another scheduling system, or a screen that doesn’t exist in any product yet. Custom applications and integrations across that surrounding stack are as much this practice as the UKG work is.",
